MGLTools 1.5.0 - Beta Release

Major changes in these release include transition from Python2.4 to Python2.5 - http://www.python.org/download/releases/2.5.1, and from Numeric to numpy - http://numpy.scipy.org. The purpose of this beta release was to get feedback from users before making final release.
